Good Lord, The Ag & The Tax Man Before The Beak
Tournesol replied to Nom de plume's topic in Local News
That's a good question. And if there is, as mentioned before, how many times can someone be put before the courts on the same charge(s)? -

And through all this there's a good man who has been hauled through the court twice and maybe yet a third time. It's like watching someone being torn apart. How many times can he be subjected to this, just to show how good and honest we all are. It's cruel. -
Does anyone know who the individuals are that comprise Haven Homes Limited. I'm just being nosey after seeing Haven Homes Limited, whose registered office is at Breagle View, St Mary’s Road, Port Erin, bought a parcel of land abutting North Shore Road, Ramsey, for £625,000.

Manx Radio are commenting in a precise manner. Fifty two year old Stephen Harding of Glen Vine perjury and committing an act against public justice relating to the winding up of former Island company Street Heritage in 2010. -
Just the liquidators in for a walkabout probably. Empty overpriced retail units are just like overpriced property not finding buyers. It's hardly rocket science.

I know next to nothing about legal matters, but I do know that Stephen is a lovely man. He is not his salary. Nor his position. He is human being. How many on here would want to deal with this public humiliation, aggression and criticism? Think about it. -

Do tell us more. I do wonder how many eateries Ramsey can support? Where's best in the area for a Valentine's meal?

I've been getting the message above. I've also been seeing errors with IE wanting to close. I've also had a problem trying to book on steam packet - that's where I saw the message. SP says it's my problem. I've cleared temporary files, cookies and history and restarted numerous times. What's happening and how can I fix it? Thanks

Mr News Romanian/bulgarian Can Come And Work On The Iom

I've heard of some taxi drivers who were not paying tax etc on their earnings, they were casual workers, so maybe driving a taxi doesn't mean a lot. -

I'd still like to know why the Polish taxi driver who had moved over here in the last 18 months, told us how happy he was to have free healthcare here, which he had used on a few occasions. We wouldn't get any in Poland though, would we? I'd like to see the numbers for money clawed back from non residents here in the last few years. -

I am referring to residential treatment. It doesn't seem to work both ways at all. The island is a special (worst) case. We seem to be lesser beings than elsewhere.
