  1. Thanks Declan, but no dogs again and looks to be on 2 levels and Mum can't do stairs. I have checked booking sites of various types until my eyes and head are sore. Hoping I've missed something suitable and someone on here has local knowledge of somewhere.
  2. Thanks TP, looks very nice but no dogs allowed.
  3. Hi all, first post so hello from Northern Ireland. The past member of years I've took my mother to the Island for a week in July. We've stayed in cottage's at the 11th (Cronkbane farm) which are really nice and good value for money. However my mother will be 85 next year and access to the cottages is via four steep steps, I'm certain that by next July she'll no longer able to cope with them. Her mobility is on a fairly steep downward spiral and this year she alternated between a rollator and a wheelchair. So approx 2nd/3rd week in July (SPC sailings not released yet) I'm looking for a small cottage, bungalow or apartment etc, preferably two bedroom but would consider one bed and sofa bed. Needs to be all at ground level and have a maximum of 1 step to access the cottage. Nearby parking would be great. Area ways she loves nothing better than sitting in Castletown Square chatting to passers by and Jez! so Castletown area or South preferred but would be happy to stay anywhere on the Island if the accomodation suits. Needs to be dog friendly as her well behaved and clean Labrador would be on his holidays too! PM or reply if you have any suggestions. Thanks all -- John
