  1. http://www.iomonline.co.im/article.cfm?id=37394 So far £1.9 million is given out, and £264,000 paid to the fund manager... so at this rate by the time the entire £50 million is given out then the fund manager will have received 13.89% of it. Easiest £6,945,000 they've ever earned... Probably about as much as what they'd have gotten from the Vision 9 deal. Not that I'm suggesting there's some collusion going on there.
  2. Well, not quite for EVERY 20 year old, quite a few do die between now and then. Drugs, work related, health. Usually drugs though.
  3. https://news.sky.com/story/terror-plot-to-assassinate-pm-may-foiled-11158388 Muslims attempt to kill May.
  4. Dilli is right, he'd get screwed more than a vulnerable pensioner if he was saying stuff like that.

    4 New MLCs

I think most people don't actually know what MLCs do, why we have them, or who they even are. I know I don't!
  6. It's not an actual line down the middle of the irish sea you know! As Barrie says, that's our situation
  7. Ah the amount of thickies I've dated that don't understand this. "But it's 75% offffff" - it's £100 dear. It was never getting sold for £400.
  8. Yeah, razer have been using that logo for years to make millions on overpriced tech stuff
  9. Ireland is a big one, but they can't come down hard on Ireland, Ireland is the golden example of why EU membership is full of roses. (Though I do see they are forcing apple to pay some backtaxes... )
  10. I had to look up what a "switch" was in sexual terms. "A person who vaccilates between dominant and submissive roles within sexual relations" - Yeah, I'm not into that kinky stuff dude.
  11. Back on topic, "Do OAPs get a free ride?" - as demonstrated, some got free nappies bought for them - utter free ride. Into the sea they go.
  12. It isn't going to be any different Maynragh, and it's going to continue losing money. This is just kicking the can down the road and going "whoops, we tried"
  13. I'm not trying to be funny - I'm deadly serious. They've got no quality of life, it's a greater evil to keep them alive in that state of utter suffering than to peacefully send them off. Also, if they're in that state, odds are their money is going to be used for care anyway. It's not like they're going to be spending the money on anything else if they're in that state!
  14. I mean, why shouldn't they pay for nappies? If they're shitting themselves then surely it's time to put them down, no?
  15. Ah hahaha. Yes, cleanse the island of the elderly. Wash away the elderly infidels.
  16. You know the answer to that Richard, all muslims are bad guy extremists.
  17. "I used to run a bunch of servers in my day, I can remember when this was all C" *shakes stick* I agree you don't need your fridge, microwave, cooker all set up but lights and music are very easy. Nothing like bringing a slut home and sticking on the mood lighting and music. The best bit is you can keep using a light switch if you wish too!
  18. They almost certainly expect it to blow up (and by christ yessir, it's going to be an almighty explosion!). They will of course try their hardest to make it work, but as they've demonstrated with their numerous failures before getting it right with the drone barge landings, they're not afraid of failing, and well, blowing itself to smithereens demonstrates that they're they are breaking new ground
  19. It's handier than you'd think. If you want a demonstration kit for not much money, there's a pack on amazon where you get the Philips Hue Bridge, 2 lights and an Amazon Dot for about £90 - one of your kids will set it up for you, but you'll be loving saying things like "Computer, lights"
  20. Yeah, that was why he said it, heh. Currently Data protection half works but the whole thing is a bit silly - just release the data completely open. No data protection to worry about then. Everyone has their tax details open, no more gender bias on salaries. So many benefits
  21. The dash buttons are like £1.99 on Prime day... If you can't afford £1.99 it really makes me wonder what you're doing with your life
  22. No, that's exactly what I'm talking about - just google "Amazon dash hack" and you'll find the guide, really simple
  23. It's in it's infancy at the minute, but I've played around with IFTTT (android based) on a few things too. I've got a couple of the Amazon prime buttons around the house that I've hooked up to the downstairs lighting, garden lighting and shed lighting (Really easy to modify them to whatever you want by the way, cheapest wifi enabled button at the min!) I think once the stuff drops in price a bit more mainstream adoption will follow. If you come up with novel things to do with it though I'd love to know, my imagination is a bit limited!
  24. Woody subscribes to a certain school of business - if you're bullheaded enough and just ignore everything, eventually you'll get your way. It can be a very effective policy, as it forces other people that want to deal with you to conform to your terms - or completely ineffective as they just don't deal with you. (Forum equivalent of trying to talk sense into him, rather than just ignoring him) Another analogy would be that it is safer to put the tard in their own room rather than leave it with the knives.
  25. Or is it? *incest face*
