Stobart looking at buying Flybe. If it goes through, I wouldn't be surprised to see a route to Southend at some point in the future.

Are Lingus need to add to the list of destinations that appear when you enter IOM as origin ! At the moment it's only Dublin, Canada and USA.

Surprised travel watch haven't used this moment as an opportunity to warn travellers about the risks of virtual airlines and express hopes for a proper airline to operate. The unaware public need education and this is precisely th e sort of role travel watch should be doing

They aren't an airline They are a travel agent All the airlines they use haven't gone into liquidation
-
Citywing are a travel agent. I would expect their liquidation to be outside the remit of the CAA. It's not an airline.
-
And it's unlikely to be anything once debts are paid
-
People will need to contact the liquidator to get refunds

"THE CAA WILL ADVISE HOW TO GET A REFUND" Another example of citywing not giving a toss about the travelling public. Where is travel watch when you need them?
-
Eastern is my bet. They're recruiting

Do people get IOMG to pay for taxis to and from their homes on island to and from IOM airport? Notwithstanding which company is used...how about just paying for taxis from hospital to LPL. That saves 50% straight away

More to this than has been publicised
