Your joking, at Onchan it takes about 10 days to get an appointment and only then if you are prepared to accept any time if you want specific its about 4 weeks and when you get there you usually have to wait 30 mins extra unless the receptionists do the usual and are too busy yacking and forget to add you to the list then you wait over a hour to get seen.

As for making appointment I find it easy enough, when I attend for a test iI come out walk 5 yards and book an appointment as far ahead as I can which is usually 2 months, booking 2 months ahead if you need regular tests you find you can get the exact apointment you need as most people leave it until the last minute to book or don't have that much notice.
