I created a facebook support group for the Isle of Man for those injured by these vaccines late last year when I realized how many adverse events were being reported worldwide, and I was told the Island had none by several people- the group is unfortunately growing everyday. I did several FOI requests to the UK for yellowcard data as the IOM gov didnt have any data collected when asked and it seems we in fact now have over 1000 reports up to April 2022, yet I hear nothing of this on the media or from our government. There are 124 directly injured members in the group who are sharing their experiences and seeking help. One of whom has recently passed away after having emailed one of our MHK's early on for support, and unfortunately didnt receive any. She was a case study for injury to this vaccine in Liverpool, as is another one in the group and some others have had their injuries validated by the doctors here. Many injuries are quite serious and definitely not short term - I am concerned as we are now vaccinating kids whose parents are unaware that anything serious is possible as a reaction (4 deaths now on island according to FOI and one from the group) and secondly that these people who 'did the right thing' are being dismissed, called anti-vaxxers, complainers and no one wants to hear what happened to them or help. With this kind of shocking response, many are too frightened and also too sick to speak out. No doctor knows how to treat their injuries due to the vaccine being so new, one even said 'we have exhausted all options'. We need to break the silence and start asking questions of our MHK's on injuries, in order to get them some recognition and medical/financial help. Some can no longer work, and struggle with daily tasks along with constant pain. Do you know there is a yellowcard reporting system for vaccine injuries? Has anyone seen or been aware of the official Pfizer post marketing trial data released this March? Within first 3 months Dec-Feb 2021, 1223 deaths and 42000 adverse events Has anyone been told what symptoms to look out for? There's 9 pages of them in the recent Pfizer data release available online, and some prior to rollout in the official FDA slides presented (slide 16 I think) Has anyone heard of serious injuries that have and are occurring on the Island from these vaccines? Who is aware that these vaccines are still in trial ending 2023? Who is aware of school ambulance call-outs occurring? Please do not respond with a comparison of vaccine injured to deaths of covid/long covid. All count and should be considered and given compassion, right? And if our government isn't collecting vaccine injury data or following it up or taking meetings to hear those injured or asking questions in Tynwald, we simply dont know where most risk lies and I think this needs urgent looking into, esp with vaccinating kids- I said as much in my emails to all MHK's and those MHK's I have met so far. For anyone needing support - the group link below https://www.facebook.com/groups/iomcvi Here's a recent documentary 'A Letter to my MP' where the Isle of Man group is included, we are linked to the UK CV Family group of injured across who organized and featured in this documentary. We are also linked to the global coalition of injury groups, in the hope of finding treatments and creating awareness. We are also networking with some UK medical teams and GP's who acknowledge vaccine injury and also long covid, to help. We are 2 volunteer mums running this groups and we need government to step up now. https://brandnewtube.com/watch/uk-cv-family-a-letter-to-my-mp-v2_HhxneadubQ9x2J8.html?fbclid=IwAR1LjO26pUt8OMvBRfV289D35PSbtvReCrvyCBRD-eVVdCvKgMbOwI-njBU I urge anyone who reads this, to email their MHK and ask many questions - find out what they know of vaccine injuries, ask for their documents and what they are doing to help them. I had a recent meeting with an MHK and the only reason he knew injuries were happening is because of my email about my FOI request, and support group. I am hopeful for questions being raised in Tynwald soon as a result, but I fear an immediate pause to investigate will not be actioned. The only question on vaccine injuries raised in Tynwald so far that I could find in the transcripts, was on the 15th April 2021 at the very start of vaccination, where indemnity was also discussed and no yellowcard data was collected to view. Not one question since. Thanks for reading.

Already mentioned in the Stirling Moss thread, but Tim Brooke Taylor deserves to be commemorated with his own thread. He's made me laugh all my life, from the Goodies (though the episode which still resonates the most was Bill Oddie's - Eckie Thump) to I'm Sorry I Haven't a Clue. It's his singing which made me laugh the most - whether singing one song to the tune of another, or pick up song, where they'd start singing along with a famous song, then have the music fade out requiring them to continue unaccompanied until suddenly the they would bring the song back in - he was often within a gnat's crotchet of where he should be. Good humour, innuendo, puns and music hall japes, with a simple innocent love of entertaining at its core. Goodness I'll miss his presence. This virus is really, really shit.
