They just never seem to cook properly for me. What is the best way to get a baked potato which is properly cooked on the inside and accompanied by a nice and crispy outer skin? I currently have two M&S potatoes (pre-stabbed with a knife) in the microwave on full power for 15 minutes, based on advice from my grandmother. After they've finished in the microwave, I am planning to put them in the main oven for maybe 10 minutes to try and get the skin crispy.
