spikydu Posted June 8, 2007 Share Posted June 8, 2007 A RIDER and two members of the public have been killed in a crash during the Senior TT, it's been confirmed. Two other members of the public were injured during the crash at the 26th Milestone - Joey's - on the TT course. The rider and one of the members of the public were confirmed dead at the scene. The other died after being admitted to Noble's Hospital. A statement from TT organisers said: 'The organisers The parade was due to get under way at 1.45pm but the riders didn't set off from the Grandstand until 3pm. There have been unconfirmed reports of a crash in the Senior at the 26th Milestone - Joey's - on the TT course. No details have yet been released by race organisers but a statement is expected soon. Absolutely Tragic, Thoughts are with families/friends of those involved. Heard another 2 people are being treated for injury's hope these are ok.
