Evolution by way of natural selection is a very nasty way to change the frequency of allelles within a population over time.

Wasps can capture cockroaches alive - nipping off their legs to make them easier to carry home to the nest where they will be injected with eggs which hatch inside the still alive cockroach and eat their way out.  But natural selection also acts on wasps.  Watch until the end ...
