It's divisive, that's what it is. The question of racism now seems to be more about the division between us rather than the inclusivity of us. It worries me.

The very first thought in my mind when I saw that picture was obesity. Whatever colour you are, there are few excuses for that.

Don’t think it’s racist to post the image, but I’d argue that the topic that they’re talking about is.  Any phrase that starts “All white people are...” is by definition stereotyping according to skin

November is coming up fast and what will changes will the US Midterm elections bring - I have to say I find the politics of the world's most powerful country simply incomprehensible.

The fractals is amazing. The hotel, well you can do wonders when you swamp a job with manpower and get rid of unions and worker safety, I would love to see the accident record for that.

I'm was a bit sceptical of Brian Cox's programs on the Solar System - the imagery was stunning, but the content a little light and tended to focus too much on putting him on ice flows or flying in helicopters over Hawaii or whatever.

But I thought this youtube video of his Huw Wheldon Memorial Lecture was pretty much spot on - especially in trying to get broadcasters to understand that "balance" doesn't mean giving equal time between science and psuedo-science.
