Modern genetics and patient archeology are discovering an incredible story of human ancestry in Denisova Cave in Siberia. 

Goodness would I like to go there. Sit and watch the sun rise at its mouth and wonder at the minds that have done a similar thing over the millennia. 

Deep time and ancestors.

The story behind the resulting mitochondrial DNA research is fascinating. All that intra-species breeding possibly accounts for some of the genetic mutations which crop up in this day and age.

If you want to learn about China there is a great course available on YouTube by Prof Rory Truex from Princeton University, but in his last lecture he gives some more general advice about life, being kind and finding your place and worth.  Well worth listening to:
