My Tdn E-Book: "a Treasury Of Druidic Triads"

Recommended Posts

Awens to All:

This is my 2014 Imbolc 3X3 Triad Poem is based on something that my Druidistic Friend Mysticol Journay wrote in 2012.  She wrote a Four or Five Stanza Poem that were all TRiads of Wisdom.  I took her Poem and added Four or Five more Stanzas making it into a 3X3 Triad Poem.  I found this Poem in 2012 and put it aside for Future Reference and I have actually forgotten which Triads are MJ's and which are mine.  But this 3X3 Triad Poem Honours the Four Sacred Elements, Herbs and Four Celtic Gods.

This 3X3 Triad Composition is called: "What I Am".

And It Goes:

I Am The Earth Full Of:
- Wisdom,
- Knowledge,
- And Cunningness

I Am The Sky Full Of:
- Peace,
- Openness,
- And Acceptance.

Am The Ocean Full Of:
- Love,
- Adoration,
- And The Beloved.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

I Am The Fire Full Of:
- Warmth,
- Heat,
- And Passion.

I Am The Herbs Full Of:
- Healing,
- Health,
- And Vitality.

May Ceridwen Grant Me:
- A Wise Brew,
- An Eternal Brew,
- And A Hot Brew.

-------------------------------------------------------------------

May Brigid Grant Me:
- Peacefulness,
- Lovingness,
- And A Forgiving Attitude.

May Morrigan Grant Me:
- Courage,
- Protection,
- And Loyalty.

May Lugh Grant Me:
- Large Bounties,
- Plenty,
- And Fertility.

Awens is an Ancient Celtic Greetings Word.

Awens to All:

For Samhain 2012, I wrote a 3X3 Triad Poem about what sort of things make
this a Life In Hell.  To counterbalance it, I have wrote a Poem on what
sort of things would make a Life In Heaven.

3X3 Triad On What Makes A Life In Heaven:

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Peace,
- Love,
- And Tranquility.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Sympathy,
- Empathy,
- And Philanthropy.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Plenty,
- Prosperity,
- And Pride.

---------------------------------------

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Fairness,
- Fullfilment,
- And Fruitfulness.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Good Health,
- Good Food,
- And Good Drink.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Loyalty,
- Honour,
- And Respect.

---------------------------------------

In A Life In Heaven:
- There is Joy,
- Happiness,
- And Satisfaction.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Helpfulness,
- Cooperation,
- And Assistance.

In A Life In Heaven:
- There Is Acceptance,
- Forgiveness,
- And Tolerance.

- And Culture.

Ones Friends Peer Pressure Has Its Most Effect:
- During Childhood,
- Adolescent,
- And Young Adult Years.

Miracles:

Awens to All:

This 3X3 Triad Poem is based on something I read in the Book "Buddhism Explained" by the British Buddhist Monk Bhikkhu Khantipalo.  It was originally E-Published as my 2014 Samhain 3X3 Triad Poem.

In the Book, he explains the Buddhist Word "Dukkha" which he says has no English Word associated with it and it is a bit hard to explain.  So I decided to write a 3X3 Triad Poem for Samhain that explains the various meanings of this Buddhistic Concept.

I had been working on this 3X3 Triad Poem for quite some time but finally got to it and wrote it out on the evening of Robin William's Death.  It was on that date that I came up with the Triad about Bad Dukkha happening to those you are Rich and Famous as well as the Poor.  It was on the day of Robin Williams Death that gave me the impotis to get this 3X3 Triad Written, so this 3X3 Triad is also dedicated to Robin Williams as well as the Book by Bhikkhu Khantipalo.

So it goes-

3X3 Triad On Buddhistic Dukkha:

Buddhistic Dukkha Is:
- Distress,
- Disappointment,
- And Disatisfaction.

Humanity's Dukkha Is Created By:
- Evil Intention,
- Careless Complacency,
- And In Ones Imagination.

*Dukka Is Pains Of:
- Sickness,
- Aging,
- And Death.

------------------------------------------------

Distress Comes From:
- Accidents,
- Abandonment,
- And Petty Admonishments.

Disappointment Is Caused By:
- Not Getting Hired,
- Getting Fired,
- And Not Getting Paid.

Life's Disatisfactions:
- Being Taken For Granted,
- Ignored,
- Or Unappreciated.

------------------------------------------------

Dukkha Happens To:
- The Rich,
- The Famous,
- As Well As The Poor.

Destructive Dukkha Is Hard To:
- Temper,
- Control,
- And To Moderate.

*Occasional Dukkha Brings:
- Wisdom,
- Awakenings,
- And Enlightenment.

3X3

BTW:

The Triads with the '*' before it are once taken from the Book, so I have to give credit for those one with Bhikkhu Khantipalo.

I Love my Freedom of Speech and was once in the Army willing to Fight, Suffer and make some other Poor Bastard Die to Protect the My Freedom of Speech, My Family's  Freedom of Speech and All Other Peoples Freedom of Speech!

So for my 2019 Lughnasad Triad of Wisdom, I have made it on the subject of Freedom of Speech.

It Goes:

Freedom Of Speech:
- Fosters Great Ideas,
- Addresses Injustices,
- And Creates Social Contracts.

Those Who Oppress Freedom Of Speech The Most:
- Religious Organizations,
- Political Parties,
- And Employers.

Freedom Of Speech Must Always Be:
- Defended,
- Protected,
- And Respected.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Great Ideas Are Best Transmitted By:
- Print,
- Radio,
- And Television.

Terrible Injustices Are Being:
- Wrongly Convicted,
- Wrongly Accused,
- And Wrongly Dismissed.

Social Contracts Regulate:
- Rules Of Society,
- The Economy,
- And How The Government Works.

-------------------------------------------------------------

Those Most Likely To Oppress Freedom Of Speech:
- Criminals,
- Corporations,
- And Government Officials.

Freedom Of Speech Is Expressed In:
- Songs,
- Stories,
- And The Arts.

The Arts Include:
- Painting,
- Sculpting,
- And Decorating.
