Mad Max Car On The Island?

I just wondered if it was a locally owned car or was he a visitor for TT period?

Not long been restored by Westminster in Ramsey, was hoping to see it up at the Drag & Drift on Saturday but it wasn't there :(

I saw it parked in the NSC car park at the weekend - no number plates though. With the MFP on the front I thought it was something to do with the Manx Flat Pack place up by B&Q.

well you have dropped the owner in the shit now ,its got no number plates or tax disc :o

It is manx registered, i seen it pass its manx mot last year. There was also a write up on it in the manx indy. Was one of the cars used in the original mad max film after which it lay wrecked in a scrap yard in new zealand. the new owner had it restored and then shipped here from new zealand.
