alibaba
Got a cat that is probably very ill. How much does it cost just to have a vet take a look?
Bananaman
£21 for a consult at my vets
Gladys
The 'taking a look' won't be the most expensive, it will be the follow up treatment. I would highly recommend Milan, not only for their caring help with our various animals, but also with a very little kitten my daughter rescued that went well beyond business. I have hesitated to name them as I wouldn't like to trade here on their very humane and caring service. But I would recommend them at the drop of a hat. Tugger
Feckers in Onchan landed me with a two grand bill without telling me in advance it was going to cost that. Avoid

IOMRS97
Sorry to hear about your cat. I take all mine to Jane Callow at Bride and find they get very good attention and the pricing is not excessive. Of course, if you live in Port Erin or similar, it would cost you as nearly as much in fuel for the round trip as a consultation!
Nosferatu
Agree with what everyone has said about Milan so far , I've used the Douglas and Castletown branches and both have been excellent .

Addie
Agree with what everyone has said about Milan so far , I've used the Douglas and Castletown branches and both have been excellent . Milan has gone way beyond the call of duty for our pets on many occasions over the years. They are second to none. Get him/her seen as soon as you possibly can. Wing of the Nut
Feckers in Onchan landed me with a two grand bill without telling me in advance it was going to cost that. Avoid They did that with my dog as well. Kept her in overnight and they still failed to spot the underlying problem - result - we are now minus a dog, and nearly £600. Wouldn't trust that lot in Onchan to shovel the s**t the dogs leave behind. Jane Callow was miles better. Kept our dog under observation for three days before delivering the bad news and the bill was a quarter of what that shower in Onchan charged
WTF
vets charge like wounded rhino's, don't have pets.
DRIVER
If you are really serious about having a pet, take out insurance, use the likes of petplan and not tesco etc who may decide to discontinue with pet insurance and you may have problems re insuring your pet, talk to a cat or dog breeder or the mspca.
