I suspect the planners are preparing for recreational drug decriminalisation. That's why they've just nicked that lady off the boat. Cost rationalisation process for initial stock.

Why isn't there anywhere you can get a decent cup of good quality tea?

 

Coffee, coffee, coffee, and more bloody coffee. Try having a proper drink for a change

Mrs Jampton and I drink lots of tea. We make a pot with loose assam tea; I do not have milk or sugar and the Mrs has soya milk. So drinking out in Douglas is something we avoid when a teabag in hot water costs nearly £2 each

It was open Friday when I went past (assuming you mean the Douglas one)
