Chinahand
My children have become addicted to Minecraft, both on Ipad and recently on PC. For the last week every time they've tried to get onto minecraft.net they've had an error message saying this webpage is not available. "Is it down for everyone or just me" says it's just me! I've tried shutting down my modem, rebooting the PC, trying on the IPad in Safari, via Chrome and IE and nothing works - I just get told the site is down! My kids are making my life a misery and I'm clueless what to try next! Do I need to clear a cache or something? Can people gain access to it from the Island or is it really just me! Any help much appreciated!
Terminal
Minecraft.net is working for me. If every device in the house is affected it must be your router not doing its thing properly. You could try setting your router's DNS servers to 8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS) and see if that works. Edited April 28, 2013 by Terminal
henryyy
Here are some quick steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue with accessing Minecraft: Clear your browser cache by going to the browser settings and selecting the option to clear browsing data. Try accessing Minecraft from a different device or network to see if the issue is specific to your device or network. Check if Minecraft's website or servers are down by visiting a website like "isitdownrightnow.com" to see if others are also having trouble accessing the site. If none of these solutions work, contact Minecraft's customer support for further assistance. Edited March 18 by henryyy
