Isaac
They should cull the pigeons and the seagulls, Job Done ! At least the pigeons and seagulls are Manx. If anyone has a right to be here, it's them.
The Sick Moon
At least the pigeons and seagulls are Manx. Bit of a stretch that.
Isaac
At least the pigeons and seagulls are Manx. Bit of a stretch that. That depends. Are they migratory?
The Sick Moon
Gulls are. Although they're not migrating if they flit back and forth across the Irish Sea, which they do. Not sure about pigeons.
Isaac
Then why is it a stretch to say they're at least Manx? I'm not down and out with natural history but I assume they were here long before humans settled here. Anyway, I think they're beautiful, majestic creatures. One of the things I missed when I lived in the UK and far from the sea was the sound of the seagulls in the morning. I just love that sound.
Hybrid
This is lies and fabrication, from our friendly neighbourhood cat hoarder. Online bullying of an MHK. Let's not forget, this "little old lady" can catch feral cats.... She ain't so doddery. Mann cat and her "I am above the law" propaganda machine working to glean support from crazy cat hoarding Americans. Let's face it, the locals know she is off her bloody rocker! I hope the police prosecute her for slander and defamation of character. Edited July 6, 2015 by Hybrid
notwell
And sort that Mann Cat lot out. Bunch of weirdo's
Bramble39
Talking of lies, recently MCS decided to yet again misuse their FB page to slander pets at home which turned into quite a personal slanging match. The posts have since been removed due to the content of some of the posts. Whatever their view on PAH it's bad form to use a charity page to air personal views that are one sided and factually incorrect. They were VERY firm in stating that they would no longer be buying any of their pet supplies from PAH. Funny that, they were seen in PAH yesterday buying all the supplies! So yet more lies.
Hybrid
Bramble39 I am not surprised. The woman is vitriolic to say the least, perhaps it's dementia. I feel sorry for all the half dead cats she keeps around the place.
Bramble39
Surprised to see that they were even served after their comments towards PAH. It's same as with the seagull fiasco, there has been no retraction or apology. I guess it's Good to see though that PAH have taken the moral high ground, good on them. Seems v odd that mcs were so virulent in their words about PAH yet strolled in and bought supplies. Does this perhaps mean their post was another publicity stunt?
Al-T
What's the problem with the Mann Cat Sanctuary then? Are they doing a good job? They ran that offer earlier this year to get your cat done for a tenner. A few of you mention the owners are weirdos, well surely anyone who is going to run a cat sanctuary is likely to be a bit out there, what's wrong with that? Merkin
What does being done for a tenner involve?
