slinkydevil Posted April 12, 2014 Share Posted April 12, 2014 Anyone know if the Party Wall Act 1996 is part of Isle of Man legislation. It states England & Wales but not Scotland or NI. I know we follow planning and building regs closely with the UK, not sure about this though. https://www.gov.uk/party-wall-etc-act-1996-guidance I've looked on the IOM Gov website but there is no mention of it.
