British Columbia has the Best Honey Bee Populations of North America. We have loads of Honey!

 

That is mainly because British Columbia outlawed the use of Carbamate Pesticides which were used for controlling Wasps.

 

Since then, we now have Bees everywhere and now we have loads of Honey and the Fruit Trees are now Packed with Fruit!

You can buy jars of honey or slices of honeycomb at Shampers in Castletown, next to Shoprite. £4 a jar, comes from a farm out Kirk Michael way.
