Looks like the burglars are back!

Mein Gott Kampf!

Reads that way a bit 'Albert', but it's really just what needs to be done to restore decency and sanity to broken Britain.

so what is your final solution to this problem the spookster? what laws should we pass in order to return to those halcyon days before these fellas invented crime?

It's not a case of the invention of crime, it's a case of the surge of foreign criminals especially from Romania and Bulgaria.

What laws would I like to see introduced?

Let's start with quitting the EU. Tomorrow if this afternoon was too soon to achieve. That is a change that coul never come too soon.

Next abrogation of all 'Uman Rights legislation.

A declaration that the UK will not take any asylum applicants.

Extradition of all unemployed immigrants.

Extradition of all asylum applicants who have entered the UK from a safe country, especially any EU country.

Extradition of all asylum applicants who have had their application rejected.

Extradition of all foreign nationals who commit any crime or offence that might involve a custodial sentence.

The return of hard labour, corporal punishment, and capital punishment to the statute books.

Graduated elimination of a mass of Socialist legislation starting with child allowance, rent subsidy, wage subsidy, child care subsidy, and immediate cessation of foreign aid.

That's for day one. That list is not by any means the total, just the things that I and a great deal many people who share my views hold.

Socialism both direct and creeping has ruined the UK. It's time for it to be confronted and destroyed.

And before anyone plays the 'that's not Christian' card forget it. It is entirely consistent with Christianity if for no other reason that nothing in it would prevent individuals from making charitable contributions in many ways should they so wish.

If they stopped "rent subsidy" you'd be "up the pictures " given that you only rent out your "property portfolio" to tenants on benefits biggrin.png or would that be your "charitable contribution" consistent with your "Christian " principals ?

Serious question

I deliberately wrote graduated in order to limit damage to the rental sector but market forces would come in to play and even though it would adversely affect the liquidity in the rental sector there would remain a need for accommodation so the biggest impact would be on the currently unaffordable standard of living, a thing that is the cancer in the economy of both the UK and the Island.

There can be no recovery for Broken Britain and the Broken Island that will not result in major changes especially in living standards. The only plus side is that things in Europe are likely to be very much worse while the EU remains intact.

Peasant nations such as Greece, Spain, and Italy quite apart from the former USSR nations should revert to their essentially peasant status. To expect power house nations such as Germany to pay for their hedonism is simply wrong.

Would the above proposals result in you being kicked back to the IOM?

No, because I listened to the advice given to me by my parents nearly sixty years ago and obtained a British passport plus I could (and would) claim British nationality by 'Grandfathering'.

I would add soft hearted to that list. A lot of people want to do good but fail to consider even the more obvious unexpected consequences of what they propose such as the effect on the costs of childcare by subsidising it, or the unaffordability of what would be nice to do.

the more obvious unexpected consequences

I can't believe how many people fail to consider those.

That was not lost on me, but it was hard to encapsulate what I meant.

The liberals didn't let anyone in...it was predominately either Labour or the Conservatives. There are so many immigrants because the British are inherently lazy and are generally reluctant to do any work deemed 'beneath them'.

Actually 'Albert' I believe that the opening of the doors by Bliar and Brown had much more to do with expanding the UK GDP even at the cost of a huge increase in debt both public, and via the housing market, private in order to ensure that the economy was kept expanding by the ease by which loans could be obtained based on the very economic activity that the loans were enabling.

The more the population increased the more the GDP rose in spite of it being at the cost of increased indebtedness because while investors could be sure that their loans would be serviced even as a result of the UK taking on more loans from elsewhere so the roundabout kept going faster and faster.

It was very similar to a national Ponzi scheme.
