It looks like the named must be part of the Manx Mafia lot. Anyone else would have had their picture and personal details splashed all over the front page.

So, every Tom Richard and Harriet knows the name because they are in the business, and have everyone searching their records, but the la la local paper gets a squeaky sphincter at naming them.

Prima facie this appears to be a tax case why would you assume it was kicked off by anyone other than HMRC?

I don't, but there's clearly international cooperation at work from the press release which wouldn't be the case in a badly run jurisdiction.
