Fossils 573
The Stobart Group are involved in a massive redevelopment of Carlisle Airport and there are plans to develop passenger services to/from Southend, Dublin and Belfast possibly as early as next April. The Isle of Man could easily become linked to the Dublin or Belfast flights and such a service could prove an attractive route for Manx travellers. Are City Wing involved in discussions with the Stobart Group? http://centreforaviation.com/profiles/newairports/carlisle-lake-district-airport

Karellen 156
Stobart already fly here (under the guise of Aer Lingus) indeed their presence is growing as they take over the operation of certain Flybe routes later in the year
