Things you have never done

Did you attempt to replicate a James Bond stunt resulting in you requiring hospital treatment, and losing your job as usherette at the Picture House?

No, I was there. You ruined the picture. I still don't know if Bond survived, captured the baddies and got the girl.

Never hit TSM repeatedly across the head with a frying pan...yet.

... or let an opportunity for a sly dig at her pass.

Wait, TSM is female? Or are you just trying to be cool by using the feminine pronoun as a generic one?

If true this has far-reaching implications...

I believe, if memory serves , a post from TSM indicated that he/she may be female ,and not just one person , which may go some way to explain why he/she is a road race fan and then blaming all concerned with road racing for any incidents.

Can't see why this should have "far reaching implications" , he/she has, again if memory serves, conceded that he/she has 'sock puppets' , maybe he/she has multiple personalities .......... who knows?...........who cares ?laugh.png

Both. I don't know. But if I was to hazard a guess I'd say the chances are female 60% vs 40% male. So, being cool and all, it felt wrong to use the generic one when I thought it was more likely to be wrong.

Besides it annoys the "politically correctness gone mad" brigade.

Not sure why The Sick Moon's gender has far-reaching implications, unless you'd planned on going on a date with him.

There are gender-neutral pronouns. E.g instead of he, she, or the clumsy he/she, you can say "xe". A typical sentence might be, "Yes, xe is right up xemself."

I'm not sure the cure is worse than the disease, though. (No slur intended.)

I suspect that breaks Orwell's 6th rule.

I suspect you're right - although "barbarous" is a bit harsh.

Still, at least it wasn't rule 34,
