Glenfaba & Peel

Recommended Posts

The man is a clown.

He originally joined Peel Commissioners because he didn't want cars to drive past his house in Ballawattleworth Dandaraville.

Whilst a commissioner he did nothing, had no ideas but took every opportunity for a photo.

Since he has been in the house he has been even quieter than Crookall was before him, at least he used to say hear hear, ( although he couldn't spell it).

Harmer will kiss arse until given a ministerial role, then he will kiss it and lick it.

Why so few candidates in this constituency?

Why so few candidates in this constituency?

Good question. Normally there's a pack of aspirant political wannabes in the Sunset City. If that is to be repeated they need to come out of the govag woodwork soon-ish.

Seem to be piling in everywhere else but not out west

Hate to see Baron 'Manx solutions for Manx problems' Boot re-elected

Both seats had by-elections last year. If you lost badly then, would you go through it again?

Talbot was so close as well that I'm surprised he hasn't given it a tilt. If Glenfaba votes stay the same and more Peel folk back him then its the Boot for Boot.

Hanson should because he got more votes coming second in Peel (616) than Boot did coming first (just) in Glenfaba with 424. Because the electorates were so different, Boot is always going to be vulnerable to both MHKs coming from Peel.

Mr Hanson has sent out a 'sorry I missed you' card via the post office

He offers face to face meetings between 12 & 1pm each Sunday
