A question for foreign aid do-gooders

At what point can the Isle of Man expect foreign aid from all the countries we've been helping for years, to help us with Hurricane Ophelia? We must have racked up quite a lot of friends around the world who will jump to return the favour and provide their support now in our time of need.

You really are a piss-poor troll.....

"A question for foreign aid do-gooders"

It's a funny insult isn't it? Presumably if you are not a 'do good' person, you are a 'do harm' person or a 'do sweet fuck all' person?

I'd rather try and do good where I can, I find it is not a bad way to lead my life.

Sierra Leone have sent a man with a brush to sweep up the leaves.

Bangladesh were going send someone to collect all the fallen trees and branches but apparently @Rob Callister has that one covered.

But these people aren't doing good. They just think they are.

Have you evidence to support that or do you just think they aren't?

...maybe the word, 'good' needs defining before people discuss this subject?
