Israel is the jew state. Friends of israel never mention the slaughter of British servicemen while they were trying to protect the legitimate existing population.

Rot, the reality is most nations that fought for independence engaged in conflict with the British- it’s a consequence of empire and all that.

The Stern Gang and bombings they committed are a known and nasty part of Israel’s history but so are the Maomao and the Malaysian emergency.

I am rather surprised to find myself posting in support of Israel, because I am a strong critic of Israels actions in the occupied territories. Jasper's utterly naked anti-semitism can't go unchalleng

It's impossible to be an anti-semite if you support the palestinian cause.

You could set the mossad on him had ans not banned it.

And all that while being a fictional character and played by a Chilean actress...

Who cares? I'd bang her, Jewish or not. A lot of people of Spanish ancestry have Jewish ancestry, anyway, what with Spain having had a thriving Jewish community up until 1492 when they were subjected to mass expulsion by the Spanish Monarchy and the Catholic Inquisition, with the only other choice being to convert to Christianity. Many took the latter option and secretly continued to practice the Jewish faith while pretending to be Catholic. Actually, many thousands of the Jews who were expelled from Spain migrated back to the land of Israel. But don't let historical facts get in the way of your false narrative about there being no Jews there in 1947 and then magically millions appearing out of Europe in 1948. lol.

Or more perhaps?

This was the important - unstated - question. Was Patel, in some sort of 'quid pro quo' deal, seeking the assistance of the State of Israel in somehow helping to reducing the chances of Corby being elected next time round in return for UK aid to IDF humanitarian programme. No answers have been forthcoming, understandably

That article is critical of the Conservatives and their allegiances to Israel and er, Zionist's. To be fair, it's not hard to see the other side of the story and find the left cosy-ing up to people who represent radical political islam: and not just in Israel. The acquaintances and alliances of Corbyn (hamas, hizbollah), Galloway (Saddam, Iranian mullahs), Blair (Gaddafi, Mubarak), et al, are well documented, as is their ubiquitous rote-condemnation of Israel.

The last paragraph states that there's no place in democracy for radical political Zionism. Same goes...

Just found a couple of articles that might go some way to explain why Priti Patel and the Conservative Friends of Israel are soooo interested in sending funds to the illegal Israeli occupation of the Golan Heights.

https://www.businessinsider.com.au/israel-grants-golan-heights-oil-license-2013-2

"Israel has granted a U.S. company the first licence to explore for oil and gas in the occupied Golan Heights, John Reed of the Financial Times reports.

A local subsidiary of the New York-listed company Genie Energy — which is advised by former vice president Dick Cheney and whose shareholders include Jacob Rothschild and Rupert Murdoch — will now have exclusive rights to a 153-square mile radius in the southern part of the Golan Heights."

https://www.economist.com/news/middle-east-and-africa/21677597-geologists-israel-think-they-have-found-oilin-very-tricky-territory-black-gold

"The biggest problems, though, revolve around the issue of sovereignty. Israel’s decision in 1981 to annex the Golan (unlike the West Bank, which remains formally under military occupation) caused a diplomatic crisis with America. The heights are still regarded internationally as illegally-occupied Syrian territory. Israel’s leaders in the past have offered to pull back from the Golan, which it captured in 1967, in return for a comprehensive peace treaty with the Syrian government. But any such deal has been firmly out of the question since Syria began disintegrating in 2011.

An influential group is now lobbying Israel’s government to take advantage of the chaos in Syria and demand international recognition of its control of 1,200 square kilometres (460 square miles) on the Golan. The group includes Zvi Hauser, a former cabinet secretary to the prime minister, Binyamin Netanyahu, who has urged that Israel should demand this as a compensation for having to tolerate the nuclear agreement with Iran.

It is not clear whether Genie shares this objective, but if it chose to, it would be no surprise. Genie’s founder and CEO is Howard Jonas, an influential American-Jewish businessman. The president of Genie’s Israeli subsidiary is Effie Eitam, a Golan settler and a former general who is close to the prime minister. And in America Genie has increased its clout. In September it added some influential new members to an advisory board that already included a former vice-president, Dick Cheney, and a media tycoon, Rupert Murdoch. One was Larry Summers, who was treasury secretary in the Clinton administration and director of the National Economic Council under Barack Obama. Also added were two other Clinton-era appointees: Bill Richardson, an ex-ambassador to the United Nations and energy secretary, and James Woolsey, a former CIA director."

There is no such place as Israel. There is an illegal occupation of part of Palestine supported by the United States of America and based on the theft of land using excuse of maladministration by so called united nations and duplicity of the British government.

The tone here implies blame on all jews. That's as daft as maintaining all muslims support ISIS.

To be fair to him/her I don't think it does. He is referring to the criminals involved who were all jewish.

That's like saying there is no such place as America, there is an illegal occupation of part of the Native American Territories supported by the UN and the international community.  Or there are no such places as Rajasthan or Punjab and that India has stolen these places from a part of the Mughal territories using the excuse of maladministration by ... well the Mughals and the duplicity of the British government (us Brits did tend to be quite duplicitous).

Just to add the US wasn't a driving force behind the creation of Israel, nor was it a particularly strong ally in the early years of its creation.  The French were a far stronger ally in these years - providing Israel with the bomb as a result of their collaboration over Suez.

Jasper your language and attitude show a strong dislike of the jewish people as well as the Israeli nation.  Why is that?
