You're making yourself look a bit of a silly billy now. You're just belly farting onto the keyboard. You're not making a point or offering a contribution or giving a measured opinion.

Can you prove that anything has changed in the approach to safety since 2007? It's all the same. Recommendations were made about certain people being unsuitable to be in positions of responsibility and ultimately they are still there

I would assume that the insurance the ACU / iom government, has a maximum limit / liability of pay out in the event of a claim, so depending on the out come of the High Court Case in London, it could well set a precedence for any future claims, and where the insurance company may well have to concider covering this in the future.

I believe they have to carry £30million public liability cover

Bloody hell I never knew this. Killing policemen whilst on duty. Usually you get a life sentence for that without parole. Not here on the iom. Should have been stopped in 1976 then.

Did you get up extra early to be this stupid...

Biggest safe improvement could be removing all the spectators sitting and laying on the low hedge just before Sulby Bridge.

This is where riders are braking from 200 mph to about 50 mph for the corner. If a rider ever loses it there, a lot of people will not be going home in one piece

NO. Still there every year. Drive past after the race and look at the hedges, if you don't see it on TV

last year
