They do though. At the end of the season. At least the ones they can access via climbing teams and helicopters etc.

Although there are some that are a) inaccessible permanently due to location and b) those who are permanently lost and never found.

Of a) above, there's one in a cave or on a ledge that climbers on one route have to pass on their way up, they call him Mr Green Boots or something like that.

Yes I saw a tv prog about climbers having to pass fallen souls. That can’t be easy.:(

Not a spectator sport hosted by taxpayers though is it and nobody had to sweep up the bodies now you mention it.

I'm sure climbing Everest is hosted by Nepal's taxpayers as it brings in a lot of money.

The Swiss have been at it for ages too...

I heard it was less than 7 minutes but simply amazing the time they waste incessantly closing the mountain.

You're becoming increasingly annoying on here. Repetition, nothing new, and a parasite in every thread.

Consider keeping away from manx forums for 6 weeks.

If you even can.

It means a rhetorical question mark.

Pot calling the kettle, but the pot may be full of p***. Calm down grandad.

Just dawned on me why AT is upset. I was honest about the dangers of the TT.

7 minutes until the first crash, but less than that for some idiot to manage to go the wrong way from The Creg.

I've been there, during the climbing season there are lots watching the climbers on the Eiger through binoculars.
