just after they complete the 31 weeks of roadworks in the area.... To ensure disruption is maximised.

..and as soon as the new owners of the boarded up site/s on the prom start to do something with them.  I'm sue they promised to tidy up and remove the boards on one site within days of purchasing it, months ago.

Interesting... I'm working on this project and haven't heard this! Can you reveal where this came from? Tender packs were meant to go out months ago.

Just been having a nose on the government planning site. The final planning approval was issued on 9th July so looks as though thing are still moving along (it mentions a number of things that have to be provided before work starts)
