So what will happen with the Castle Mona now?

will it just be left to rot now the Sefton Group own it?

Hopefully Richie McRednose and his gang of clowns in DC will serve them with a notice to get the site tidied up. As they are keen to do with houseowners around Douglas...

as long as the owners respond to any request, they won't get a notice or taken to court.....

The transfer will be registered at the Land Registry, think it’ll be a first registration, may take some time. It’ll be public then.

No. Yes. Transfer Title  is what you do nowadays, rather than convey property. Here is the form which you use. https://www.gov.im/media/1352905/02_2009.pdf

No I didn’t. I said it wouldn’t need registering if the shares in the owning company were sold.

And yes, the sale pack confirmed that it would require first registration.

The two propositions aren’t mutually exclusive.

Theyve a month to lodge the application for registration and then however long the Land Registry takes.

From the quoted article:

The Sefton Group has confirmed the new owner is an ’unconnected party to the Sefton Group Plc’.

What a lovely turn of phrase.
