Has he said the 28 million budget surplus should be distributed to the elderly of Onchan* yet?

 

*excluding Lakeside as that is Garff

I missed most of the MHKs responses to the Budget, What was Robs response like ?

I liked Chris Robertshaw but that was the only one I heard..

Here's his explanation. Of course a bit like the postage question in the summer he's asked it for written answer so he can't actually make his point in the House of Keys next week. I was told he already has form when it comes to the disposing of firewood from landowners land.
