Because the IOM is subsidised by the VAT agreement and gets more income than it is really due the civil service use this money to build a Ponzi employment scheme.

They think that everything shall be government run and everyone should work for the government and that is a sustainable economic model.

The IOM doesn't get more than it is due though.

Not quite true, it’s all private tenders/leases now, they might own the building but they wash their hands of the rest.  I think the only two venues that are government run are the Villa & Gaiety.

They make and sell garden sheds at St Johns, is that a function of a sensible government?

It is falling down!! It was Watterson who led campaign to have listed probably as election due
