Amazing Crash At Macau

Recommended Posts

In the F3 race. The catch fencing, which is similar to what they've put in at the grandstand in Glencrutchery Road to protect the scouts is completely bypassed. Crazy.

That Crash reminded me of the Crash as LeMans during the 1950s!:

Good thing there were No Spectators in the way this time!

Maybe you should have directed that comment at the Druid. LC is a twat, but has not posted anything where people were seen to be killed.

Druids post is by far the most gruesome surely ?

Err, you do realise nobody died in this crash? Miraculous though that might be, sorry to disappoint you.

Sorry LC but to describe a crash as "amazing" is fundamentally wrong when people are injured or killed.  If this had been a case where there were no injuries then I would concede that you could describe it as amazing.

This is a horrible and extremely unusual incident and it was lucky that there were no fatalities.

I suggest you consult a dictionary and look up the word 'amazing'.

I suggest you buy a thesaurus and then you can find much more fitting descriptions for what could have been a fatal incident.

I appreciate your patronising advice but I'm happy with my choice of words thanks.

While you're at it, perhaps you could look up the word 'death' for Albert.

The word "amazing" is overused mainly by dullards with posh voices, they use it mean good. It actually means "causing great surprise or wonder; astonishing."

LC has used it correctly, as a synonym for "astonishing", "perplexing" or "disconcerting".
