I think easyJet and Ryanair put paid to the Easter Festival.

Manx Radio: Peel teen admits part in random attack

Just another of those unprovoked attacks? Can't even blame it on the drink.

" Wiseman was subject to a suspended sentence when the incident took place" - You don't say.

" his advocate told the hearing Wiseman was baffled by his own behaviour." - If he was already on a suspended sentence surely he wouldn't be baffled by his behavior, he should be familiar with it.

" He said the teenager had responded well under the supervision of the probation service," - Is attacking someone for no reason responding well?

" but his progress could be damaged if the suspended sentence was activated." - Surely him attacking some random dude is damaging his "progress".

Agree with all the above, so why is he not in prison?

" Wiseman was subject to a suspended sentence when the incident took place" - You don't say. - Should have gone straight to prison

" his advocate told the hearing Wiseman was baffled by his own behaviour." - If he was already on a suspended sentence surely he wouldn't be baffled by his behavior, he should be familiar with it. - Thinking not his strong point

" He said the teenager had responded well under the supervision of the probation service," - Is attacking someone for no reason responding well? - How so?

" but his progress could be damaged if the suspended sentence was activated." - Surely him attacking some random dude is damaging his "progress". He clearly is not capable of learning any lessons

Is our marvellous system going to wait until this little thug seriously hurts somebody before removing him from hurting anybody else?
