Upsetting the nutters

I never realised Living Hope were so easily upset.

*parks car filled with dildos oitside their clubhouse in Port St Mary*

You'd have to move the cones they put out front on a Sunday first.

Have to admit a guilty pleasure of mine is suggesting edits on Google Maps that the LH clubhouse isn't suitable for children

I can quite understand some "average" peeps getting upset about the window display in Peel - is the front window of a residential property on a residential street, just up the road from a primary school, the place to have graphic images of mutilated bodies (to include dolls and tailor's dummies) and replica bloodstained clothing? There's a place for this sort of stuff and the statements it would purport to make. And it's not the front window of a house.

Worst of all, I'm led to believe that the guy is a College lecturer?

Well, whoever led you to believe that is wrong.

Talking of upsetting nutters I see that Vader has got involved in this now and is encouraging people to report them to the police on his Fakebook Group. So the angry mob now has something other than dog poo to be angry about for a few days. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel!

Art offending the happy clappers, good work. I hope the police tell them to piss off, or at least that there is no case to answer.

Bunch of non-believers, if they had true faith their prayers would have already been answered and the house destroyed, I am setting up a new church for only the hardcore, its a straight 50% tithe, no pussy 10% tithers allowed.

It's in very poor taste and it ain't art.

I beg to differ. It strikes me as a re-imagining of Salvador Dali's Madonna of Port Lligat infused with some contemporary Manx social issues. Also, it makes people think and sparks a discussion and I also think it has a certain "nice" aesthetic. At least, unlike a lot of the government "renovations" of town squares, this seems to have a "style" that indicates it was designed by a human being and not a machine.

He'll jump on any bandwagon to try to draw people in to posting there again, as the group has become next to dead.

Most people with an IQ above 70 have stopped posting there.

I'll be sure to give a copy of this to my helicopter pilot, thanks.

If you get the bus out of Peel it usually goes right past his window when it turns left at the police station.
