If the bad cyclists were  easier to identify by some means and the police showed even the slightest interest in dealing with the worst offenders then a lot (some) of the dislike of the cyclists may dissipate.

Lots (some) of cyclists do not seem to like waiting a few seconds to pass pedestrians safely on pavements, even if they should not be on there in the first place. I mean if time was of the essence for your journey you would just use a car.

There are lots of idiots. Some idiots drive cars, some idiots drive vans etc. Some idiots ride bikes. Some idiots walk. It will ever be thus. Idiocy, in my experience is certainly not exclusive to cyclists.

When I am in my car, I get irritated by idiot cyclists. When i am on my bike i get irritated by idiots in cars.

I have kinda gotten used to it

A tank is a mode of transport but you wouldn’t want to be stuck behind a convoy of them going through Laxey.

tanks going through laxey would be worth seeing

Well keep off your bike, that will reduce your irritation levels

You have to wonder what some cyclists are taking/sniffing when you consider their aggression levels.

And that despite them being pandered to with their cycle lanes etc. Why do they consider themselves to be so special?

Tell you what. If I owned a coffee shop and the little buggers propped up their bikes with their handlebars besmirching my newly cleaned windows I would give them short shrift.

And I would insist they bought a drink each. Not one can of Diet Coke with six straws. Tight arses.

You'd think they'd try and keep the white bits between the lines wouldn't you? My 5yo grandson could have done better than that.

In fairness I think it's just aggregate that has spilled over the masking and should brush up.

You must have been deluding yourself when you chose your display name.

  1. The isle of man must have one of the lowest proportion of cycle lanes per km in western Europe. Hardly pandered!
  2. You,by your posts demonstrate that vehicle and cycles don't mix, to which cycle lanes would help surely

Who considers themself special! Well apart from me obviously 😇

Yes it's just excess fine gravel that has not stuck down. It will just get washed away.

The only sucker around here is the GMTPP!

Inadvertently more or less stated by Phil Gawne a few years back over the Tynwald mic/broadcast system.
