Traffic lights again at the Ballabeg Hump, are they now going to improve the ramp / hump / fly over, or just remove remove it altogether ?

Another alteration apparently. Heard that the non taxed HNW were complaining that their lambourgini couldn't get off the ramp without scuffing the plastic bumber.

There are a couple of deep gouge marks on the hump, as i seem to recall, it was from a "ramp or gini".

They're going to colour it in.

After putting down lines and the bus stop markings. Makes sense.

I thought it was one of the most dangerous "improvements" to a road I've ever come across. It's 30 mph through there, and absolutely no prior warning that there is an engineered ramp across the whole road. Hit it at 30 mph in a works van and see if anything is left on any of your shelves in the back. God alone only knows what it'll do to the sump of a low car.

The whole thing has been a farce from the start. I'm not even taking the piss about it being coloured in

I have have Just seen on facebook they are diging up the hump, and laying it flat again, due to the number of insurance claims for damage to vehicles, made to the DOI in the last 2 weeks.

The colour should be applied to the hump and crossing in Ballabeg very soon:  ( to kids maybe ), to motorists no, who in thier right mind would / did vote for him in an election ?

Is Moorhouse actually retarded? I thought he was a teacher with a good degree, but every time I hear him on the radio he sounds like a sort of camp evil Bond-villain explaining an elaborate plan as to why someone will be eventually eaten by sharks. He allegedly wears white socks as well.

That’s a superb and entirely accurate analysis.

Good to see the colour chosen for the hump is the same as that of the bit 100 yards away that isn't a speed hump.

That combined with the fact that now the arrows signifying the speed hump are pretty much invisible should make it a fun ride for anyone unfamiliar with the area.
