No. It’s not the country that is the member,  its the PSB TV company(s) from the country that are members. 

 

So in Australias case, their PSB broadcasters are associate members. Sorry, should have been clearer before.

A Manx Radio DJ  was making it a bit of quest to get the Isle of Man entered. That at first read might trigger a snigger but it really would be a bit of a laugh. I'm not sure how he got on. I think it was Marc Tyley or Andy Wint. (I can't tell them apart)

My nomination is for those Ramsey lads to do a parody piss-take of the Manx National Anthem. 

It could generate many £100 millions* into the economy.

 

* I checked with Laurence Skelly and he said "easily gettafa, easily"
