Good luck in trying a bigger racing event than the IOM edition........

Out of his depth in the Mooragh Park paddling pool.

Did you not notice the word ‘official’ in the description?

It is a properly licensed product produced by a licensed person or body. Manx Inspirations are only the retailers

Not sure where that outburst came from or why. Did I miss something?

Most of the other stuff he sells is carefully sold as 'Road Races'  though, without any sign of the TT letters.  So he's doing his best to dodge having to pay himself while demanding that others do.

There's a lot of stuff round the Island that skirts the "TT licence" strictures though.

"IoM Road Racing" T-shirts abound even featuring images of the top riders. Shirts with outline maps of the course. All sorts of stuff that refers and alludes to the TT without actually having TT on it.

Wonder if that amounts to £3M in losses?

That’s a disgrace when they are pursuing other people for almost the same.

Silly post RM. You are smarter than that. He sells nothing with the TT stupid brand on, as is obvious from his website.

Road Racing, is not the same as TT and you know it

I'd suggest that a line map of the TT course and "IoM Road Racing" emblazoned alongside/below it makes a mockery of that? Which is what you can buy on a T-shirt from a Ramsey outlet.

Oh that sort of thing is very difficult to stop even where trademarks are more closely controlled.  It's just the hypocrisy of doing it yourself while the Department  you are responsible for is cracking down on the likes of Looneys.  Or rather getting the OFT to do so, which seems even odder to me.

Er, that picture in the link has “TT” clearly etched into it.

Agreed. But equally it proves how easy it is to circumvent and take the piss. So how much is it costing IoM Gov in lost royalties? Another of Callister's £3Ms?

And our Laurence is contributing to those potential losses whilst sending the OFT Stasi (who've clearly grown a backbone since Manx Gas, oddly) round to bollock Looney's. Hypocritical prick.
