I fully support it, if I’m ever diagnosed with the likes of Dementia /Alzheimer’s or any other number of horrible ultimately terminal disease then I’d like an easy way out for me and my family.

I’m already preparing a list of those I’ll be nominating. Few if any of them have any kind of terminal illness of course.

Many a true word, and all that.

What 'brillo head' (I take it that is a contraction of 'brilliant') doesn't know, is that he is on the real Isle of Man. Not the fantasy one that has been fed to him all these years and particularly now he is a member of Tynwald.

eg:

Hey, need a few more people to keep Grianagh Court ticking nicely over and all those people employed?

Then lower the bar for admissions?

Getting a bit full, then raise the bar.

Oh, and did you know  that if a person has been 'sectioned' then should they need a care home, the system cannot charge them for care home fees. So, in light of this little known (kept 'secret') fact, sectioning is now considered a little more differently ie "is this person we are going to section likely to claim free care home facilities later?"

My point being, the hospital staff involved with this loop cake idea - brillo's mates - will have jobs for life provided they are fed enough customers/clients.

I think generally Nobles Hospital is a wonderful place and staffed by the most hardworking, decent people I have had the privilege to meet.

Except elements of the management et al. I wouldn't trust them one inch.

And there is a likely hood that they will be legally playing a big part in deciding on whether we want to live or not. No fucking chance Dr Death. Not while I'm still breathing

i think brillo  refers to a used rusty brillo pad,  the wire wool scourer from yesteryear. but maybe you were having a joke.

Yes I was covering myself in a court action or whatever.

And I think Dr Death At Both Ends Of Life is a brilliant chap.
