Very early to let households mix even outside at 2m apart, who’s going to police that? people can’t even social distance properly in shops with complete strangers

Only outside though, in the rain, wind and cold. I don't think that is unreasonable. It gives people who would mix anyway a legal option rather resorting to surreptitious indoor behaviour.

OK. For what it's worth I'm going to try and explain why genomics is important in a ssRNA virus epidemic. No doubt it will end up being recited badly at a briefing, but, well, whatever. You read it he

Where do the passengers check in now? All 1.5 million per year?

Never mind that - where's COSTA?

We can't expect people to travel from all over the Island and not be able to pay £2.70 for a 20p (cost) cup of coffee when they get there.  It's tradition FFS.

Based on Loganair schedules we will have 1k passenger per day departing with them from June...

The monorail multi-interchange at Silverdale, where it will link with the cable car to the airport and the hyper loop to the felt museum would be an ideal vaccination hub. They could use two or even three storeys of the eleven available. Or the Jason Moorhouse Ballroom on the cocktail deck level.
