Can non residents take advantage of the test and release protocol in unjabbed 2+2?

No.  Not unless immediate family or friends.  This really hasn’t been made very clear.

Borders still closed as they were before, but those who can come and go get the new 2  + 2 - unless anyone has seen anything that says different

Rob Callister discusses "two qualifying vaccinations"

There's 3 vaccinations. But you get two doses.

The symantics in the debate should be clearer

What are you talking about? The rule is two doses of a vaccine plus two weeks after the final dose.

They should be talking about two doses. Not two vaccinations.

If they refer to vaccinations the number is 3

So should we wait until everyone has been double jabbed to make sure nobody has an advantage?

No we should stop dragging our feet and get everyone vaccinated asap.

Are you confusing number of approved vaccines with number of vaccinations you are required to have to enter.
