I'm with that.
snowman
Travel within the CTA need not change. Similarly, everything else just needs to carry on as it is now.

Whether they waive it for those in transit to IOM or CI will become clearer once the Statutory Instrument is published in a couple of days time
Andy Onchan
We should keep the faith with the vaccines and the increase in natural immunity; no border closures or lockdowns. Masking up would probably be a sensible idea. Anything more than that at the moment will likely result in serious civil disobedience. I’m complying to the standard norms and what’s expected doesn’t mean to say I’m thrilled. It’s becoming the new normal. Sadly Alfie seems to be following the actions of the IOMNP Facebook crowd, they all post and Lawrie Hooper says how high.
2112
IOMG will no doubt instruct the population to wear masks etc, but will it make people use the vaccination certificate app or carry a paper certificate? Whilst it was an outside event, the Christmas lights switch on was well attended and it’s likely some adults weren’t vaccinated - on principle. snowman
Many UK travellers report that the current requirement for testing after arrival in the UK has become something of a joke, with many stories of postal tests or results not arriving at all or taking weeks to deliver a result. Now, add isolation in to the mix. Imagine waiting and waiting for the negative test result that never comes....

I know a couple, not stupid by any means, but have fallen into this anti Vaxxer thing who keep posting regurgitated articles from the World Wide Web. I don’t understand it. Normal intelligent people who now spend their lives searching the internet for wacko theories. Its certainly has altered their relationship with normal people who were their friends Very sad

I don’t like these crackpots but I will respect them, can’t be arsed with confrontation. Also some of these loons aren’t open to normal and rational debate. However their actions are putting a strain on the islands resources and causing immense upheaval. I would take action against those who haven’t attended their booster vaccination.
