The Facebook ads are a rich seam of spelling goofs.

Chester draws for sale is a classic.

I know the guys doing the Road Lines and they do not care about the job anymore, management have shafted them that many times they basically do not give a fxxk if its wrong its wrong, the same could be said for all the crews at DOI they are treated like shite by management and worst of all by the Director.

It's no reflection on the individual.

It speaks volumes about that unaccountable Department.

If that’s the case maybe at the job interview for someone whose job it is to write huge words in paint on a public road they’d have asked the question “Are you dyslexic?” before giving them a brush.

This is most likely the problem. Disgruntled staff embarrassing the new minister.

I find it very difficult to believe the guys putting the writing down can't spell "CLEAR"

Probably difficult for management to have a go at them because of the "are you discriminating against me because I have dyslexia?" angle that no doubt the workers (and their union) would claim.

Bottom line should be treat your staff with respect, then you'll be treated with respect back. (hopefully!)
