Perhaps Spake was too busy out buying an ice cream in his un-MOT’d UK car to turn up for work then?

Yes it made the rounds on twitter. IOMC should be aware.

Are you having a laugh, the police can’t find burglars let alone solve ‘gimme’ cases like this - easy conviction. Useless IOM Constabulary, sadly let down by its leadership.

AWARE? You are joking of course?

I think it’s serious, they won’t be aware - but they were aware of those breaking the coronavirus lockdown rules and were quick to mete out justice.

They've posted a few times over the last few weeks on sm about their successes of seizing cars for this kind of thing.

There will be some calls to Howard in the morning to see who will pay for the landing fee at Manchester and the extra fuel.

Curious point - were the passengers on the plane/tarmac at Manchester? Did the disembark and go into the terminal and mingle with other possible ‘coronavirus’ infected passengers? If so can IOMG assure the public that no coronavirus could potentially reach our shores?

Unless it was a special arrangement the airport does not open until 11.00 on Sundays.

if only there were registering an aircraft to get the vat back quickly.

They're having a bit of a hard on for this kind of thing recently so you'd hope a flashy Audi TT with a supposed to be funny Russian spy UK number plate would kinda stand out.

Can you imagine the massive hissy fit that camp idiot would have if they seized his car?

One would imagine there is more to this story than first meets the eye. I’d prefer to give people the benefit of doubt or a chance to explain their actions before deciding whether yet another IOM Govt. clusterfuck has unfolded.

However, should it be found that this flight had been scheduled between both Islands well in advance, the Airport Director carries the responsibility.

A resignation would need to follow.

Who is the airport director?

The MHK in charge of this fiasco, has he made a statement.

He never normally seems to be off social media.
