You give out all the signals of a proper chav though. Council house stock allegedly made good. I bet you shop at Flannels (in the sale of course).

Whereas you give out all the signals of being a total muppet.

These court reports always seem to end with

" will pay the fine and costs at a rate of £10 per week deducted from benefits "

Concerning....

I stand corrected!

Thanks

You're not being corrected, just being provided information.

In the UK the court lists are published on the internet and displayed on a board outside the courts in a public area. Standard procedure in any decent western society.

On the Isle of Man the courts are still, effectively,  secret. Certainly some are withheld from public scrutiny.

Well, aye, the Isle of Man courts now display the court lists on the internet. But that is very unreliable and to be fair, unless you are in the Athol Street club or perhaps not even then,  you may not know who is up in front of the beak next week.

Take a look at the latest court list here

The Criminal (CGGD) hasn't been updated since 11th August 2020.

Hmmm.....

Well, it is the Isle of Man. Run on a need to know basis. And you, the general public ... are considered not required, occasionally, to _ know.

Have Flannels ever had a sale? Can't have had, cos never seen anybody in there personally, other than bored staff/sales assistants?

Good and bad in private housing as well. I've lived in both. Found some good people in council house.

It is not just about swearing how do think the children felt when this stupid woman started shouting and following their father ?   She got off lightly, bullies like her are disgusting even if she had not been swearing screaming abuse at a man whilst he had his children with him, or not, is dreadful she seems a right piece of work.

It seems that we are breeding people with no pride in their appearance and behavior on this island, the place is becoming scumbag central!

There was group from Laxey in Ramsey on Friday. They had started early and were chucked off the golf course before 4 after breaking glass, pissing on the fairways and attempting to turn over a buggy. By 7.30 they were all properly wankered and were being refused service. A proper bunch of clowns.

Low price and easy access to alcohol are just two factors in this. Other issues include role modelling, incongruous sentencing by courts, lack of police presence etc. Lets face it, our supposed leaders do not help when they accept no accountability , why should others?

There is no breeding. Many just the result of alcohol induced wayward sperm insemination.

There's a fairly strong hint there of some sort of mental problems, which might explain the appallingly inappropriate behaviour.  Not that that would make it any less scary for the kids.  I presume she wasn't drunk (which would be the other obvious reason) as that would have mentioned as an aggravating factor, if not the subject of a separate charge.

Some people are dicks, simple as that.  Now, there may be reasons or explanations as to why, which may or may not be indicative of a mental health issue.   But, if every transgression or example of anti social behaviour is potentially due to some factor beyond the individual's control, then we are effectively alleviating everyone's obligation to be responsible for their own actions.

Why would appallingly inappropriate behaviour be explained by "mental problems" . What in the report would you glean that from?

Whenever I see a case like this get to court I always think that there must have been either multiple prior incidents that had been dealt with by having a word or the event in question was so over the top and continued past attempts at intervention that this was the last resort.

Yes, because our justice system is always flawless, equal, and proportionate.

Meanwhile, on Friday:
