Yes, weirdly, I saw same wacky pick up with all blue lights blazing haring through Kewaigue at about 6:30 this evening and turning onto the Old Castletown Road.

Yep  that's the one.  It ploughed through the QB and seem to race through the Spring Valley traffic lights.  It was at 18.36 by my car clock, which I noted in case something was afoot. 

It looked more like a manic carnival float than an emergency vehicle.

Odd that it had no identification on it.

I thought exactly the same. In the absence of any identifying signage I assumed it was the vehicle that transfers Howard Quayle’s brain from the deep freeze each time he needs to speak.
