Lagan Construction out of Belfast, few of them over already doing their isolation, like a scouting party, main group yet to arrive, talk is of building a concrete and tarmac plant over the far end where that row of ATPs is cos Colas can't meet the demand.

They have been delivering huge amounts of ballast via the Balthane Road. It may be this is a runway resurface but I certainly hope its nothing to do with the grandiose plans of those muppets in charge.

This will be something else for the HOK/Tynpotwald Select Committee to get their teeth into. The Department of Incompetence can’t get the promenade roadworks finished, and the Quarterbridge resurfacing has ground to a halt.

Probably trying to fill in the big dip that has appeared on the edge.  Under guarantee since it was built - so it’ll only cost us a couple of hundred million to fix.
