I go to the to Costa because I enjoy the service there, and all the mum's and buggy and screaming kids running around enjoy it too, but just have a little consideration for other users there who also want to enjoy the area.

That’s a first. What service? And the shouty little manager?

I agree with you. Let’s cull via lethal injection 50% of the under 5’s and any woman who has given birth within the past 3 years. That’ll free up a seat for you and keep the noise down.

The thing I find irritating is the fact that some, not all, will hog tables for a good hour or so (after they've had whatever beverage) and not move over to the play area instead. That's just selfish.

Go to Bohemian on Victoria street or Strand street . I belive lovely coffee , i dont drink it , but everything else including owners and staff are lovely . And there a local business as opposed to corporate giants Costa and Starbucks . And you dont have to deal with that pompous franchise owner in Costa .

You mean like the consideration you give to other users there who also want to enjoy the area? By creating a thread to complain about them?

That’s not very considerate, is it Billy?

Well it is being considerate because everyone can join in making it fun for all to enjoy. And I bet even you had a chuckle to yourself, go on admit it you did.

If they're paying customers it IS their right to use the tables and chairs.

Curious that you didn't have a word with the manager if mums and babies were more than you could handle.

Betcha won't be complaining about those mums and babies when their taxes are paying your pension. If you cull them now you might go hungry in your dotage

Sorry to stereotype but most of the ones clogging the place up are unlikely to contribute anything to the tax pot in their entire life

Personally like the Villa cafe, very nice staff, inside/outside space, excellent food plus great viewing of promenade progress!!

Sorry to disappoint you but, my 3 huge pensions come from two private UK companies and a nice fat UK government pension, and just because "they are paying customers" does not give them the right to swan in and take over large seating area just because they are with children. now run along and play you funny little man.

I don't care what you are referring too, single, doubles, married unmarried, they are a damm nuisance in my opinion. nothing but noisy smelly and cluttering up a nice clean are with small children, dashed unfair.
