So with 2 days to go  i was trawling through Facebook, callister is moaning one of his banners was removed and cherry has taken legal advice over an obvious fake letter from the anti vax crew.

One day Onchan will get a decent candidate.

To be honest I went up Royal Ave and that banner was dangerous as it blocked the railings so you couldn’t see up the road by the Coop. I’m sure there’s no conspiracy and that the DOI probably removed it for safety reasons after someone moaned their view from the junction was blocked.

A Ms Edge of Onchan rang the DoI to report the banner purely on safety grounds.

Julie Edge frequently gets the 'hairdryer treatment' on MF, but in reality, her contribution to the Manx politics has been mostly constructive, in my opinion at least. I am not in her constituency, but I hope she will be re-elected.

It’s the same with most of the women in the past parliament. Daphne Caine is similar and Claire Barber. There’s so many lazy narcissistic men who have got away with literally nothing but meaningless granny farming while the women have had to work ten times harder to get taken seriously. It’s good to see they’re now moving on. The gender balance in the next parliament is likely to be even higher too.

And hopefully the gender balance in CoMin will be higher (balanced?) too. Well, it can’t be any worse.

Be interesting to see if the female politicians in Mininsterial roles can use their energy to drive change where the last lot have failed.

She must have strength of character she has to sit next to that moaning git when in Tynwald.

Rubbish! Look at our diverse, inclusive government.

The most nauseating thing is that Skelly's got himself another 5 years inclusion and a payrise without any public say-so....
